Microsoft Quick Assist for Windows 10

What is Quick Assist?
Microsoft Quick Assist is a Windows 10 application that enables two people to share a computer over a remote connection so that one person can help solve problems on the other person’s computer.

How does it work?
The person who needs help requests assistance from a helper (either a friend or Microsoft Support). Both start Quick Assist and the helper sends a security code to the person who needs help. The person who needs help enters the code and gives permission to the helper, who is then able to take control of that person’s computer and provide assistance over the remote connection.

How open Quick Assist?
Select the Start button -> Windows Accessories -> Quick Assist, or select the search box on the taskbar and type Quick Assist, and then select Quick Assist in the list of results.
